Hull’s Tomasi Tanumi believes his side can beat National Two North side Wharfedale if they stick to the game plan.
A place in the semi-finals is at stake this evening and despite playing in the league below their opponents, Tanumi is confident of causing a shock.
It goes without saying tonight’s game will be one of the toughest of the season for Hull, but Tanumi is ready.
“I’m really looking forward to game,” Tanumi said.
“With promotion out of our hands now, it be great to get some silver for this season.
“I don’t really know how Wharfedale have done this season but I know they won’t make it easy for us.
“I’m expecting a physical battle upfront and some big farmer boys running hard.
“As for us we just need to do the right things in key areas and execute.
“As for playing under the floor lights, we’ve all trained or played under the lights before, so I don’t see it as a test or factor.
“If the boys do their individual jobs right and process then the result will look after itself.”
