While claiming a point on the road at Preston Grasshoppers, the general feeling is that it was a missed opportunity to win back-to-back games for the first time this season. Leading by 12 points with time almost up, the home side scored twice to secure a 30-30 draw. Vice-captain Will Hall admits the draw felt like a lose and he and the rest of the squad will be looking to go into the forthcoming break on a winning note.
“The lads were gutted after Saturday’s result,” Hall said.
“After leading and dominating the game for so long, it was a shame to only come away with the draw.
“We definitely need to be winning those ones.
“Our discipline needs to improve, otherwise teams in this league will keep coming at you.
“Having said that, we’ll go in to this week and get ready for Saturday.
“We’re back at home and looking forward to the next challenge ahead.
“We certainly want to go in to the short break with a win!”
