Skipper calls for 80 minutes of hard work at Luctonians

Hull RUFC skipper Ali Heard believes they can come away from Luctonians with a win if the team is prepared to put the work in.
The team are looking for a second successive win after beating Loughborough Students 33-20 with a bonus-point last weekend.
Heard knows the home side will make life difficult for them, but with 80 minutes graft, the trip home could be a celebratory one.

“The key to beating Luctonians is a set piece and work rate,” Heard said.
“If we get that right we know we can come away on the right side of the score line this weekend.
“The importance of last week’s five-point win was massive.
“It gives us confidence to go away and perform well on the road.
“The forward battle will be very important.
“If we get front foot ball we know we can do plenty of damage.
