Cam Curry admits recent results mean they travel to Loughborough Students this weekend as the underdogs.
Loughborough sit fourth in the table after winning 36-33 at Luctonians last Saturday at the same time Hull were beaten 31-17 at home by league leaders Caldy. It was their third straight loss since beating Stourbridge 19-14 away from home.
Curry believes they should have more points on the board at this stage of the season and hope they can get back to picking up points against the Students on Saturday.
“It’s probably fair to say we go into this match against Loughborough as underdogs despite a good start to the season,” Curry said
“We’re still the new kids on the block.
“We’ve been frustrated not to pick up points from our last three games as we’ve played some attritional rugby and massively improved our game management.
“As a squad we have huge potential and huge ability and the key on Saturday will be converting possession into points as we look to take all five and accelerate up the table.

“We’ve learnt a lot over the past month and worked on some key areas in training which should stand us in good stead.
“We have a good track record away from home and generally travel well so we look forward to playing a pacy game against a mobile Loughborough side.
“We are hungrier than ever for the win so it’s important we start the game well and make sure it happens.”
