2018-19 : Hull RUFC had no game this weekend having finished the season as Champions of the Northern Premier Division and promotion to National Two North.
26 April 2014 – National Two North : Hull 27-38 Luctonians
Hull ended the season with a narrow final day home defeat in an entertaining topsy turvy encounter. Two converted tries in three minutes put the visitors ahead before Hull responded with a try from centre James Kirk in the corner. Lucs extended their lead when their back rower crashed over followed by Ollie Cook replying for Hull for a 19-10 half time deficit.
Lucs scored early in the second half but Hull came roaring back with Ben Dorrington’s try and when winger Dominic Lespierre crossed near the corner the visitors lead was down to two points. Jamie Barnard then finished off a length of the field move to put Hull ahead for the first time in the match. However the lead only lasted three minutes and the visitors scored two back-to-back tries to seal victory and ensure a 13th place finish for Hull.

25 April 2009 – North & Midlands Divisional Play-Off : Hull 40-15 Chester
Hull secured promotion to National Division Two (North) on the biggest day in their 17 year history after a superb team performance in front of over 400 spectators, swelled by two coachloads of Chester supporters, at a bright and sunny Ferens Ground. Hull had trained three times in the week leading up to the game and started strongly. James Cameron struck two early penalties before Tevita Vaikona intercepted to race 40 yards for a try.
Chester responded with a converted try but winger Matt White and lock Dan Cook both scored tries, converted by Cameron, to put Hull into a 25-7 half time lead. Chester started the second half well and scored an unconverted try before both sides exchanged penalties, Cameron kicking for Hull, followed by Hull taking a grip on the match with a try from Alex Piercy, again converted by Cameron. Hull secured the win with a 78th minute try from substitute Latu Makaafi to ensure promotion to the national leagues and the newly created National Division Two (North).
