Hull RUFC had no game this weekend.
15 March 2014 – National Two North : Preston Grasshoppers 43-13 Hull
Hull had a real off day, particularly in a one-sided second half, as they suffered a 43-13 defeat in Lancashire. Grasshoppers opened the scoring with an early penalty but Hull responded quickly when scrum half Jamie Clarke scored a try, converted by Greg Lound, to put the visitors in front.
Two tries from the hosts swung the balance back to Grasshoppers before Greg Lound landed a penalty for Hull on 35 minutes. However the hosts quickly scored again under the posts before another penalty converted well by Lound kept Hull in touch at half time. However the second half was very different as Preston scored three unanswered tries to run out convincing winners.

14 March 2009 – North One : Middlesbrough 23-24 Hull
A tremendous fightback from Hull who were behind in the first minute and trailed 23-10 with seventeen minutes remaining but battled back to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat. Middlesbrough got off to a first minute flyer with a converted try before James Cameron landed a penalty for Hull on seven minutes. Middlesbrough stretched their lead with a penalty after twenty one minutes and a converted try nine minutes later. James Cameron returned to the pitch with his head bandaged following a head cut and scored just before half time but was injured again in the process. Guy Martinson’s conversion closed the gap to 17-10 at the break.
A yellow card for Rob Devonshire fifteen minutes into the second half gave Middlesbrough a penalty for a 20-10 lead and they extended their lead to 23-10 shortly afterwards with a drop goal. But Hull weren’t finished and scored fourteen points in eight amazing minutes. First Matt White won a kick and race to the line for a try converted by Cameron for 23-17. Hull then lost Tevita Vaikona to injury but replacement Latu Makaafi scored almost immediately and Cameron added the conversion from wide out to put Hull into the lead with seven minutes plus added time remaining. A stunned home side were unable to add to their score and Hull held on for the win leaving them two points behind leaders Westoe.
