Hull RUFC is to hold a weekly meeting every Tuesday evening at 7.30pm where any issues surrounding the club, on and off the pitch, can be raised and debated.
Some of the issues raised this week included the setting up of Wifi within the club house with a new office area established.
For those who have kindly bought season passes, we thank you and we would like to inform you that you will be receiving an actual pass that you can show on entrance to the ground.
This Saturday’s home game with Chester promises to be a poignant one as we pay tribute to Ron Gibbin. Ron was instrumental in making this club what it is today and we want you to come to Chants Ave and share your stories of Ron, our co-founder and former President and Chairman.
This Saturday is also our popular Ex-Players Day where we invite former players to come and spend the day with former players and current players. This event always proves popular as there is nothing better than a trip down memory lane with former team-mates that you might not have seen for a while.
And for those who noticed the bent crossbar at the far end of the second pitch at Chants Ave, the good news is that this crossbar will be straightened.
If you have any issues you would like to raise but are unable to attend the Tuesday night meeting, please let Jeremy Saunt (President), David Piercy (Chairman), Gary Pearce (Director of Rugby), John Beal (Chairman of Finance) or co-captains Ali Heard and Cam Curry know.
