Hull RUFC hope when they return to playing next weekend at home to Otley, the weather will be an improvement on what it has been in recent weeks.
The usual wind and rain has made playing rugby difficult, not that you would noticed with the way Hull have been playing over the winter months with eight wins from 11 games played since November 23.

Last week, three of the six tries came from forwards with Charlie Beech, Laurence Cowan and Will Hall all getting their names on the scoresheet.
Hall has been a key member of the pack this season and the forward is glad to see the pack’s hard work in difficult conditions pay dividends.
“I am really pleased with how the season is going so far,” Hall said.
“Apart from some of the close games that just got away from us that we could’ve maybe got the win ourselves.
“Although we are improving and learning and getting better every week.
“Nothing gets taken for granted and after this week off, the boys will be raring to go as we have a line of tough fixtures ahead of us.
“It’s nice to see a lot of the forwards getting over the try-line especially in the wet and windy conditions the past few weeks.
“We work very hard in training and it’s nice to see it come off on a Saturday.”
