Hull travel to the Midlands this weekend to take on a Hinckley side that boasts a good home record and a big pack.
Hull found Hinckley a hard nut to crack in the reverse fixture earlier in the season when they were beaten by the biggest margin of the season so far.
Since then, Hull have strengthened their forward resources and will travel with every expectation of getting something out the game.
Hull will need to be very disciplined as in the modern game giving away penalties invites line-based attacks in the in own ’22’ so keeping offsides and ruck offences to a minimum will need to be part of the game strategy.
Hull welcome back prop Ben Bootham this week along with winger Keane Naylor. Second row Paul Hamber plays his last game for the club before going to play in Australia and Tommy Lee will be part of the backs squad.
Hull have done well to get themselves into the middle of the table, but they face three very hard games in a row and a result this weekend would see them in good stead for the tough battles ahead.
If the Hull pack can gain parity they have a good chance of overturning the result earlier in the season.
