After a week off for Christmas, the players are back in action on Saturday when Stourbridge make their way to Chants Ave.
Prop Mike Dias takes us inside the camp and tells us where he thinks the game might be won.
“After a good festive period and the chance to rest the body, the boys are all very eager to get going again.
“Training went well and we know it’s going to be big physical battle this weekend.
“Stourbridge are direct and will look to attack our set piece so as a forward pack those are the battles we enjoy.
“Winning the gain line in attack and defence is going to be key to getting something out this game.
“We tend to come good in the second half of games which I think speaks volumes about our “finishers” coming off the bench.
“It’s should be a good, hard-fought game so get down to Chanterlands Avenue for a 2pm kick off.”
