Scunthorpe may be an unknown quantity for many teams in National Two North, but Steve Johnson knows only too well the dangers they possess.
Johnson made the swap from one side of the Humber Bridge to the other a couple of years ago and is a pivotal part of the Hull team his former side will face this weekend.

“Scunthorpe will look to be big in the scrum and driving maul,” Johnson said.
“They have a lot of heart so they will 100% be playing for the 80 minutes.
“But we know what we need to do to win the game.
“We have a lot of skill and can vary our game to suit who were playing.
“As long as we don’t get ourselves into a scrappy game, we’re confident we’ll get the win.
