Hull have been in every game this season but have to find a way to win when they get themselves to parity with only 20 minutes left on the clock.
Even against league leaders Caldy they had chances to win the game until a yellow card tipped the stakes in Caldy’s favour as the game moved into the last quarter.
Having gone up a league, Hull have not been outplayed by any team but they need to maintain full focus throughout to turn promising situations into victories.
Tom O’Donnell hopes to return to the back row and Ross Osborne could be back in the squad to give further back row options.
Hull’s front five will probably start as last week, but director of rugby Gary Pearce will be looking to see what his best combination will be behind the pack.
He will be hoping that his side will be able to eliminate the errors that proved so costly last Saturday against Loughborough Students.
Hull have enough ability to get back to winning ways if they can play with confidence and full focus to register the points that they need to start moving up the table .
