Hull round off the first part of their season with a trip to Wirral. The Merseysiders have had a mixed season running the top sides close and have Rossendale on their win list. Their away form has been a mirror image almost every time.
Wirral ran Hull very close in the corresponding fixture at the start of the season and will look to go one better this wekend.
Hull have had a wonderful run since their first game loss and would dearly like to end their pre-Christmas fixtures with a victory.
Last week’s eighteen are fit and back row man Rupert Kay, winger Keane Naylor and scrum-half Rob Watts will all stake claims to be in the starting line up.
Hull’s pack has been in good form and despite losing four lineouts last week, carried far too much for second placed Billingham.
If the forwards can make the same impression this week Wirral will have to be at their very best to halt Hull’s winning run.
