Hull start pre-season friendlies with a win

Hull RUFC got their pre-season friendlies off to a winning start beating Sheffield 33-7 at Chants Ave.
Played in four quarters to allow water breaks, Hull stamped their authority from the first whistle to the last.
Sheffield, who play in the Midlands version of the league Hull find themselves in, Hull dominated all departments.
Joey Martin, Evie Uriburu Gray, Joe Stafford and Tomasi Tanumi were amongst Hull’s try scorers.
Next up for Hull is a training camp in Cardiff where they will play against Cardiff Metropolitan University and Henley Hawks.
After that, Hull travel to Scunthorpe for their final pre-season friendly (August 24) before starting their league season at Rossendale on September 1.
