Hull travel to Lymm looking to keep their promotion push going against a side that has stuttered in some games after Christmas.
Lymm have lost to Ilkley and Wirral and found even lowly placed Birkenhead a hard nut to crack during that period.
Hull will be hoping last week’s try scoring winger Mike Adlard will be able to show his pace again and he will probably be joined by top try scorer Stephen Hihetah on the other wing as Callum Lancaster has a hamstring injury.
Hull’s forwards have had some good performances in the set pieces over the last couple of weeks but need to ensure they retain possession in contact.
This match is a key game beween two play-off contenders and both sides will be wanting to record the win.
Hull have improved since Lymm beat them on their own turf before Christmas and have approached this game in confident mood.
A victory is certainly achievable but it will need the pack to get the upper hand if Hull’s successful run is to continue.
