Skipper Tom Rice wants Hull to remember just how much talent they have within the squad.
Sometimes it’s easy to forget when embroiled in battle against an opposition.
But against Billingham this weekend, Rice is confident of utilising all the talent throughout the side, especially on the 4G pitch.
“The key to this weekend is for us to concentrate on our strengths, we have some serious talent in this team and sometimes we forget to use it,” Rice said.
“Last time out against Billingham, they tested our patience and managed the game better than we did.
“That will not be the case for us on Saturday, we have a good record on 4G pitches so we’ll be going there full of confidence and excitement.
“As for Preston losing on the weekend, I’m not surprised they’ve been beaten I’m just annoyed it wasn’t us that took that from them.
“We can only concentrate on our performance and winning week in week out, then hopefully the teams around us will slip up from time to time as they’ve all got to play each other before the end of the season.”
