Poole determined to keep momentum going

Zak Poole hopes Hull can pick up from where they left out before Christmas and start the new year with another win.
What better way to start 2018 than a clash between the top two sides in the league battling it out for top spot.
Poole, yet to lose a game playing for Hull, knows if they want to finish top of the table at the end of the season, this is a game they have to win.
“It was obvious we had momentum before the break,” Poole said.
“So it’s key we don’t lose that and go into the new year getting the same type of results.
“Preston are our biggest competitors so we have to beat them to be the best in the league.
“It’s as simple as that.
“Then when we do, we can’t rest at that we need to keep winning.
“Personally I think automatic promotion is doable.”
