Morley’s league position means nothing – Johnson

Steve Johnson admits he and the rest of the squad won’t be taking Morley lightly on Saturday.
The Leeds side are propping up the league table and are still searching for their first win of the season. A win against the basement side will dispense the disappointment that followed their first loss of the season to league leaders Lymm.
Johnson said Morley’s lowly league position will have no bearing on how Hull prepare for the game and the fly-half hopes they can return to winning ways.
“I think it’s clear that we want to be winning games,” Johnson said.
“Nobody likes losing especially when games are there for the taking.
“Saturday at Morley is no different for us than playing one of the top teams and we want to prepare for a battle and win.
“Obviously it would be good to go there and get a big win.
“If we all do our jobs right that will happen.
“We’ll be looking to increase our energy and finish our chances when we create them.”
