Harvey Harding is keen to keep the feel good factor currently surrounding the club by beating league leaders Lymm.
Both sides are yet to taste defeat this season with the Cheshire club leading the way with a maximum haul of 20 points from a possible 20.
Hull are three points adrift following their three wins and a draw from their opening fixtures.
The scrum-half wants to see his side protect the ball better than they have done in recent weeks if they are to topple Lymm.
“There is a good feeling around the club,” Harding said.
“We have had a good start to the season but we know we still have more to give.
“We have been guilty over the past few weeks of putting ourselves under pressure due to unforced errors and conceding too many penalties.
“For the Lymm game, I think we need to tighten our game up and take control early doors.
“Ball retention and playing in the right areas will be our focus this weekend.
“A win on Saturday would be a great end to what has been a big month in terms of games.”
