Leading try scorer Stephen Hihetah has urged his team-mates to believe in themselves more as they look to overhaul Lymm at the top of the table.
Victory over the league leaders this Saturday will put Hull in pole position in the Northern Premier League.
Hihetah said last weekend’s win at Harrogate was because of the faith the players showed in each other to come from behind to beat Harrogate 27-23.
The winger made it three tries in the three games he has played this season and he feels there are more scores to come from the backs.
“Our faith in each other got us through to the last whistle,” Hihetah said.
“We need to start believing in ourselves and each other that we can win these games to get to where we want and that’s promotion.
“We knew going to Harrogate was going to be a test and it sure was.
“But getting the win puts us in a good place again moving forward.
“It’s always good scoring especially this season with our main goal.
“We need as many points as possible.
“With the quality we have in our backs no doubt there is still more to come.”
