Tomasi Tanumi Saturday’s season finale is the perfect game to play after having their Yorkshire Cup dreams ended at Harrogate.
Tanumi felt his side could and should have done better and not let the referee affect the outcome as it did.
Hull played Harrogate with a man short for 10 minutes in both halves thanks to yellow cards.
Hull face Kendal on Saturday in the last fixture of the season and Tanumi is keen to make amends for their cup disappointment.
“It was tough at Harrogate on Saturday,” Tanumi said.
“The better team on the day won.
“But there was moments in that game we’re we felt it could’ve gone our way, just some very key and poor decision from the official which didn’t help us.
“The game this Saturday at home is just want we need to bounce back from it.
“Kendal have done well this but the boys will be raring to go and finish this great season with the win at home.”
