Hull’s trip to Rossendale promises to be the best game in National 3 North as two in-form side go head to head.
Both sides are battling it out for second spot with Rossendale in pole position sitting eight points clear with four fixtures remaining.
In their first meeting on November 19, Rossendale left Chanterlands Avenue with the win after a 30-21 victory.
Since then both sides have mirrored each other with just one defeat each in their last 11 games.
However, Rossendale have been pushed all the way in recent weeks with six of their last seven victories being won by seven points or less. Their average winning margin has been 16.8 while Hull’s is almost double that at 31.43 in their last seven wins.
A defeat for Rossendale will stall their push for promotion while a defeat for Hull would all but end their chance of finishing second.
